Description of Binding Agreement
These Terms and Service create a legally binding agreement between the property owner ("Customer") and Exterior cleaners 4 u, including its owners, employees, and subcontractors . This agreement covers all provided cleaning services, including pressure and non-pressure washing.
Exterior cleaners 4 u may update these terms without notice. The latest version is accessible via our website and through links in our emails or on quotes and invoices. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Authorizations:
The customer authorizes Exterior cleaners 4 u to access the property for the purpose of performing the cleaning services as requested. The customer acknowledges that while Exterior cleaners 4 u strives to complete services within the scheduled timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, equipment malfunctions, or other unforeseen operational challenges.
In the event of such delays, Exterior cleaners 4 u reserves the right to reschedule the service to the next available business day. We will make every effort to accommodate a prompt rescheduling, taking into consideration existing commitments and prevailing weather conditions.
Furthermore, the customer grants Exterior cleaners 4 u permission to visit the property with minimal or no prior notice if necessary to assess the service requirements before the scheduled date of service or to verify the completion of work .
Safety and Compliance
Access to Utilities: The customer agrees to provide access to necessary utilities such as water and electricity to facilitate the completion of services.
Protection of Property.Exterior cleaners 4 u commits to protecting the property and surrounding areas from damage during operations, with a clear strategy for debris removal and site cleanup following service completion.
Neighbour Notification: If required, the customer will assist in notifying adjacent property owners about the upcoming work, particularly for projects that may impact neighbouring properties.
Damage Disclosure: The customer is responsible for informing Exterior cleaners 4 u of any known risks or potential hazards associated with the property prior to service commencement.
Right to Refuse Service: Exterior cleaners 4 u reserves the right to refuse service or halt operations if unforeseen unsafe conditions are discovered, or if pre-agreed conditions for safe access are not met.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: The terms for cancelling or rescheduling a service by either the customer or Exterior cleaners 4 u, including any potential fees, will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to service commencement
Risks and Releases of Liability Acknowledgement
Exterior cleaners 4 u technicians are highly trained and use appropriate equipment and techniques suited for various cleaning services. Despite our commitment to safety and precision, there remains an inherent risk of damage during cleaning operations. This risk can arise from existing conditions such as prior neglect, inadequate maintenance, or the use of substandard building materials. Homeowners are advised to follow manufacturers' maintenance recommendations for all property surfaces to mitigate such risks.
Prior to any cleaning services, it is essential that homeowners address any areas of concern, particularly those that could affect the integrity of the surface being cleaned. This proactive measure helps prevent potential damage. Homeowners assume all risks and take full responsibility for any damage that may occur due to lack of maintenance or pre-existing vulnerabilities.
On the day of service, Exterior cleaners 4 u will document any pre-existing damage and will photograph these areas for reference. Should new damage be discovered during our operations, work will be halted immediately. This allows for homeowner inspection and acknowledgment of the new damage, ensuring transparency.
Exterior cleaners 4 u implements specific procedures to minimize the impact of our services on the surrounding environment, including protective measures for nearby plant life. In the event of any adverse effects on vegetation,Exterior cleaners 4 u will assess the situation to determine whether recovery is expected or if the plant life has been irreversibly damaged. Following this evaluation, we will outline our proposed plan of action.
By engaging Exterior cleaners 4 u services, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms, assuming all related risks and liabilities
Content Release & Use
Grant of Rights: The customer hereby grants Exterior cleaners 4 u the right to use any photographs, videos, reviews, or descriptions of the property obtained in the course of providing services. This grant includes the use of such media in the company’s advertising, promotional materials, and training programs.
Purpose and Use: The authorized media will be used solely for advertising and training purposes within Exterior cleaners 4 u. No compensation will be provided to the customer for the use of these materials.
Privacy and Confidentiality: Exterior cleaners 4 u commits to maintaining the privacy and security of the customer by excluding sensitive information such as personal addresses or names from any public use of the media.
Limitation on Actions: The customer agrees not to pursue punitive or legal action against Exterior cleaners 4 u concerning the use of the provided media under the terms of this agreement.
Withdrawal of Consent: Customers may withdraw their consent for the use of specific media by notifying Exterior cleaners 4 u by e-mail or text. Upon receipt of such notice, Exterior cleaners 4 u will cease the use of the specified media for any new materials going forward, though existing materials already in use m uay continue to be used.
If any damage occurs
Exterior cleaners 4 u is responsible for any damages directly caused by operator error, negligence, or willfull misconduct under our terms and conditions. Any such damages must be reported to Exterior cleaners 4 u at the end of service after the work has been completed and inspected by us and the customer. . Upon receiving a written report of damage, Exterior cleaners 4 u will have 30 calendar days to either conduct repairs or arrange for repairs through a third-party contractor. This will address any damages proven to be the result of our negligence.
Payment Terms
Deposits and cancellation fees.
All quotes for services to be carried out by Exterior cleaners 4 u that have been agreed with the customer, MUST be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the quote for the quote to be converted to a solid booking of service on a mutually agreed date and time.
Payment of the deposit can be cash/bank transfer/or card.If the quote has been issued during a site visit.
If the quote has been issued without a site visit,the customer can pay using bank transfer or card online, and will be sent a link to a secure online payment terminal.
If the customer cancels the service for the agreed date,at any time prior to the date,or on the date of service for whatever reason, the deposit will be forfieted. We reserve the right to impliment this action. This charge is made to compensate for the scheduling and resource allocation already committed, and loss of income where our services could have been used elsewhere.
If Exterior cleaners 4 u cancel the agreed service date and time for operational reasons the customers deposit will remain in place and new service date agreed by both parties will be arranged..
Legal and Contractual Compliance.
This clause, along with the rest of our terms, does not affect your statutory rights and is legally binding. Any deviations from these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Due Date and Methods: Payment is due upon completion of work before Exterior cleaners 4 u leave the site, unless prior alternative arrangements have been agreed upon and documented between the customer and Exterior cleaners 4 u. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and card payments.
Receipts and Guarantees: Receipts and any applicable guarantees will be issued within 14 days after payment is received. Please note that guarantees and receipts will not be issued until full payment has been made.
Late Payment: If payment is not made upon completion of service, or as per any agreed terms documented between the parties. Exterior cleaners 4 u may initiate a civil claim to recover the outstanding debt, with any legal fees incurred added to the customer’s balance.
This clause, along with the rest of our terms, does not affect your statutory rights and is legally binding. Any deviations from these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms: By accepting a quotation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Acceptance can be in writing, verbally, or through an electronic or digital means where the intent to accept is clear.
Authorization to Perform Work: The customer authorizes Exterior cleaners 4 u to carry out the work as detailed in the provided quotation. This includes all specified actions necessary to complete the services in accordance with our standards and practices.
Release from Liability:
The customer releases Exterior cleaners 4 u from any liability for property damage unless such damage results directly from our negligence or willful misconduct. Exterior cleaners 4 u is not liable for damages to loose materials, paint, wood, trim, windows, or any elements that were identified as damaged prior to service or discovered during the service.
Notification of Pre-Existing Damage: It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Exterior cleaners 4 u of any pre-existing damages or concerns with the property prior to the commencement of work. This includes providing access to the property for a pre-service inspection if required.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Exterior cleaners 4 u agrees to perform all services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The customer also agrees to comply with all local regulations and to obtain any necessary permits that may be required for the work to proceed.
By accepting a quotation from Exterior cleaners 4 u, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions presented in this agreement. This acceptance forms a binding contract enforceable by law.
Changes to the Scope of Work: Any changes to the scope of work after acceptance of the quotation must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. This may include adjustments to the pricing or the timeline based on the nature of the changes requested by the customer.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Exterior cleaners 4 u agrees to perform all services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The customer also agrees to comply with all local regulations and to obtain any necessary permits that may be required for the work to proceed.
By accepting a quotation from Exterior cleaners 4 u , you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions presented in this agreement.
This acceptance forms a binding contract enforceable by law.
